Check out week 8 of Fokis' 12 week challenge doing CrossFit and eating strict paleo. This week Fokis, Re-connects with one of his best friends from JHS who happens to be in school for personal training. Eating green and cutting down on Poultry, Meat & Fish was another Focus for the week . The goal is to go from 257lbs to 220lbs by 8/17/15.
